We want you to understand the membership you're purchasing and how the Career Lab is intended to be used. Please review these terms before subscribing.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of Nurse AI Career Lab and its website at nurseaicareerlab.com. By accessing the platform or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The platform is intended for adults exploring nursing-related healthcare AI careers. You represent that you are legally able to enter into a subscription agreement and will provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing access.
2. What Nurse AI Career Lab provides
Nurse AI Career Lab provides career education and preparation resources, including the free Career Fit Check, clinical AI learning modules, resume assistance, career pathways, curated job opportunities, application organization tools, practice interviews, and related member services. Specific features may change as the platform improves.
Materials are for education, skill-building and career exploration. They do not constitute a nursing certification, clinical license, a university credential, professional legal advice, financial advice, clinical or medical advice, a job placement service, or an employment guarantee.
3. Accounts, access and security
Access to members-only services requires an eligible paid membership and email verification. Keep your access credentials and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law and should notify hello@nurseaicareerlab.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
A membership is for the account holder's individual use unless we expressly authorize otherwise. Do not share account access, circumvent usage restrictions, or attempt to enter another member's account.
4. Monthly membership, founding price and renewal
Founding rate: The first 50 eligible founding memberships enrolled at checkout receive a rate of $79 USD per month, which is intended to continue while that subscription remains continuously active. When the 50 founding places are unavailable or filled, the standard rate for new memberships is $99 USD per month. Temporary checkout reservations may reduce founding availability until they expire or are completed.
Stripe Checkout will display the applicable price and billing interval before you complete payment. Membership charges recur automatically each month until canceled. By completing checkout you authorize the selected recurring subscription charges under the terms presented by Stripe. Applicable taxes, discounts, or other charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.
If you cancel or otherwise end a founding-rate membership and later rejoin, the rate available at the time of re-enrollment may apply. We will not change an active founding member's $79 monthly subscription solely because the founding limit has been reached. Future changes to offerings or billing practices will be communicated as appropriate and subject to applicable law.
5. Cancellation, access and refunds
You can cancel your membership using the membership or billing management options available in your account, or contact hello@nurseaicareerlab.com if you need assistance. Cancellation stops future renewals when processed. Access to paid features generally continues through the applicable paid billing period, subject to the subscription terms shown when you cancel and applicable law.
Membership fees cover access to digital education and career tools. If you believe you were charged in error or wish to request a refund, contact support with the relevant billing details (never send your full payment card number). We review such requests in light of the circumstances, applicable consumer rights, and law. These Terms do not restrict refunds or cancellation rights required by applicable law.
6. Acceptable use and protection of clinical information
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit unlawful content, infringe others' rights, harass users, reverse engineer protected systems where prohibited by law, scrape restricted content, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass payment or security controls.
When uploading resumes, job descriptions, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to use and submit them.
7. AI-generated content, job opportunities and outcomes
Some services use artificial intelligence to draft, review, or summarize career-related content. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any resume, interview answer, application material, learning response, or AI-generated recommendation before using it.
Job listings and opportunities may originate from third parties. Openings, pay rates, eligibility, remote-work conditions and hiring requirements may change without notice. Verify every opportunity directly with the employer. We do not promise interviews, job offers, employment, earnings, certification, or any particular professional outcome.
Do not use this platform as a substitute for clinical judgment or licensed professional advice. No patient-care advice should be derived from educational examples or career-preparation exercises.
8. Materials and intellectual property
Nurse AI Career Lab's branding, course materials, layouts, teaching resources and platform software are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for permitted personal educational use. A current membership gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use available member features while eligible. It does not transfer ownership of the platform or its course content.
You retain ownership of original material you submit, subject to rights held by other parties. You give us and our service providers permission to store, process, display and transform submitted material as reasonably necessary to provide the service and the features you request. Do not republish, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit proprietary course resources without written permission.
9. Availability, disclaimers and limitation of liability
We aim to keep Nurse AI Career Lab reliable but may need to update, pause or maintain features, and third-party services may experience interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output, continued availability of any third-party opportunity, or that the platform will meet every personal career goal.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, services and content are made available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liabilities that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
10. Suspension, changes and termination
We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, payment failure, unlawful conduct, or serious violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law. You may stop using the service and cancel your membership at any time. We may modify features, pricing available to new customers, or these Terms as the business evolves. Material changes will be communicated appropriately; continued use after an effective change may indicate acceptance where allowed by law.
